The right clean for each surface

Soft washing uses low pressure and cleaning solutions for surfaces such as siding and roofs. Pressure washing is suited to durable surfaces such as concrete. We assess the material, its condition and the stains before recommending a service.

Residential Exterior Cleaning

Two-story home with a wide driveway at sunset

House Washing

Refresh siding, brick, stucco and painted exteriors with a soft wash approach selected for your home. We target everyday dirt, pollen, algae, mold and mildew while taking care around the surrounding surfaces.

Tell us about peeling paint, damaged siding or unusual staining before your service. Oxidation and certain stains may need a separate treatment; we will discuss those during the estimate.

Roof Cleaning

Black streaks and organic growth can make a roof look older than it is. Our low-pressure roof cleaning service targets algae and other buildup using a method suited to the roofing material.

We assess the roof condition before cleaning. Moss or lichen may take time to release, and cleaning does not replace repairs for damaged or worn roofing.

Modern home with a broad concrete driveway

Driveway & Concrete Cleaning

Give driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks and walkways a cleaner finish. Professional surface cleaning helps remove accumulated dirt and organic growth across broad concrete areas.

Oil, rust, tire marks and other deep stains may need targeted treatment. Results depend on the stain and surface condition; we explain what to expect before the work begins.

Deck & Fence Cleaning

Clean up outdoor spaces with care for wood, composite decking and vinyl fencing. We select the approach based on the material and its condition, helping remove dirt and organic buildup.

Planning to stain or seal? Let us know when you request your quote so we can discuss preparation and drying time. Cleaning and refinishing are separate services.

Regular Exterior Care Protects Your Investment

A clean exterior makes a strong first impression and helps keep your property looking cared for. Removing accumulated dirt and organic buildup is part of responsible maintenance. Cleaning also makes surfaces easier to inspect so you can spot peeling paint, damaged joints, cracks or drainage problems and arrange repairs before those issues become more extensive.

How Often Should You Clean Your Exterior?

Inspect siding, walkways, patios and shaded areas at least once a year and after heavy seasonal buildup. The right cleaning interval depends on material, tree cover, moisture, traffic and the manufacturer’s care instructions. For example, James Hardie recommends cleaning its siding every 6–12 months with gentle methods; that is product-specific guidance, not a reason to pressure wash every surface on the same schedule.

House Siding and Trim

Check for dirt, pollen and visible organic growth. Follow the siding manufacturer’s instructions. Fragile finishes, damaged paint and fiber cement require particular care. We assess the surface and discuss an appropriate low-pressure approach rather than automatically applying high pressure.

Driveways, Walkways and Patios

Inspect these areas regularly and request cleaning when soil, algae or stains accumulate. Busy commercial entrances and shaded, damp paths may need more frequent attention than lightly used, sunny areas. A cleaning plan should reflect conditions on the property rather than a fixed sales schedule.

Roof Cleaning

Arrange an assessment when you notice streaks, moss or other buildup. Roof materials and warranties determine the suitable method. Cleaning does not repair leaks or worn roofing, and roofs should not be cleaned with an aggressive approach that could damage the material.

Why the Cleaning Method Matters

Pressure washing is useful for suitable durable surfaces such as sound concrete. Soft washing uses lower pressure with an appropriate cleaning solution for selected exterior surfaces. The material, coating, age, condition and manufacturer’s instructions guide the choice. James Hardie warns against high-pressure washing of its fiber cement siding because it can damage the surface.

Keep Small Maintenance Issues From Becoming Bigger Expenses

Routine cleaning and inspection work together. Clearing visible buildup can reveal areas needing touch-up paint, sealant or repairs; addressing those promptly is a practical way to avoid neglected maintenance. Cleaning alone cannot prevent every repair or reverse existing damage. A cared-for appearance supports curb appeal and preserves the condition of your property, without guaranteeing a higher sale price or a specific amount of savings.

Exterior Cleaning, Moisture and Health

Cleaning removes surface dirt and visible buildup, but moisture control is essential when mold is involved. EPA identifies moisture control as the key to managing mold. Mold exposure can cause allergic reactions or aggravate asthma in sensitive people; exterior washing is not a medical treatment or a substitute for investigating mold inside a building.

Tell us about leaks, water intrusion, damaged surfaces or suspected indoor mold before service. Persistent growth needs attention to the underlying moisture source. We discuss what routine exterior cleaning can address and when repair or specialist assessment is needed.
